Just as a pot without support is easily upset and one with support is difficult to upset, in the same way, the 

mind without support is easily upset and the mind with support is difficult to upset. 

지지가 없는 항아리는 깨지기 쉽지만 지지가 있는 항아리는 깨지기 어렵다. 똑같이,지지가 없는 마음은 쉽게 부서지지만 

지지가 있는 마음은 쉽게 부서지지 않는다.

And what is the support of the mind? 

그러면 마음에 지지란 무엇인가?

It is the Noble Eightfold Path: Perfect View, Perfect Thought, Perfect Speech, Perfect Action, Perfect 

Livelihood, Perfect Effort, Perfect Mindfulness and Perfect Concentration.

그것은 성스러운 여덟가지 길이다(팔정도):정견,정사유,정어,정업,정명,정정진,념,정정
