Once there was a well known philosopher and scholar who devoted himself to the study of Zen for many years. 

옛날에 여러해동안 선에 대한 연구에 자신의 바친 유명한 철학자와 학자가 살고 있었다.

On the day that he finally attained enlightenment, he took all of his books out into the yard, and burned them 

all.

어느날 마침내 깨달음을 얻고 부터는 그는 그의 모든 책을 마당에 꺼내서 모두 불태워 버렸다.
